Returns and Refund Policy

Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply.

If your product has been unfulfilled for more than 30 business days you are entitled to refund for the price you paid. A Refund Request will be made and once the customer provides proof that goods were received, the refund will be approved and processed within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund via cancellation if they write in to support@nxtgencases.com  within 24 hours of their order. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we cannot guarantee a full refund as the package might not recalled back for restocking. We will instead offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 business days from delivery date. If 30 business days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to one of our customer service agents at support@nxtgencases.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please check with our customer service agents.


Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. However, rest assured that you will always receive your order. If a product in your cart has gone out of stock or has been removed from our product catalog you may be eligible for store credit. 

Any item that is returned more than 30 business days after delivery:
Will be issued a store credit code for price of the product minus a $10.00 restocking fee.

*If the product is not in original packaging and is used an additional $8.00 will be deducted from the store credit code.
